Do you agree with me about evolution?
Millions of years of evolution have got us to this stage... and now we have kind of taken ourselves out of evolution by creating all these new 21st century things... like heaters, air con.... etc etc.... Now Natural selection isn't working as good...
Do you agree that technically we have taken ourselves out of evolution...?
Yeah, that is true. WE probably are still evolving over time... but at a much slower rate than before. Although I am sure that global warming will have an effect on human evolution.
Then dWali... surely that is changing natural selection and therefore changing the way we adapt?
Guitarstring you are forgetting how long this period of evolution is.... millions of years... it is easy to say.. but 1,000,000 years + and the earth is 4,500,000,000 years old.... how can something not evolve over these MASSIVE periods of time.... I am no scientist but im sure there is a straight forward explanation for the gill - air respiratory system & fins to limbs
