Depending on how well it was restored, whatever you can get for it.  It's definitely worth money.  Do you have any antique car get-togethers  near you?  (A 41 is an antique.)

how do i remove the factory radio from a 1989 ford ranger?

i have the 'u' shaped tools, ive stuck them in and tried to pull it out but its not working.
it looks like the dash bezel is blocking the radio, but i have no idea how or if i need to remove it
